SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS DURING REMOTE CONTROL
Safety is a top priority in all industrial operations, and CobotVNC is no exception. Therefore, when a VNC client is controlling the robot, a warning message is displayed on the teach pendant screen, and the touch screen is temporarily disabled. This is to comply with industrial safety standards, specifically ISO 10218, which requires a single point of simultaneous control for the robot. In non-view-only remote control mode, these measures ensure that there are no command conflicts and that the robot is operated safely at all times.
