In this edition, we join the 9th Racó d’Innovació , an event organized by CIAC – Cluster of the Automotive Industry of Catalonia, which will take place at Advanced Factories from April 9th to 11th at Fira Barcelona – Gran Vía.
Racó d’Innovació at Advanced Factories 2024
The Racó d’Innovació is an initiative carried out within the framework of Advanced Factories, with the purpose of highlighting the most innovative advances in technology, products, processes, or services. CIAC offers the opportunity to present innovative projects oriented towards the automotive sector.
At NUTAI, we are constantly dedicated to innovation, applying state-of-the-art technologies. On this occasion, we are pleased to present our development, SIX Head, a Surface Quality Inspection System in Sheet Metal specifically designed for the automotive sector. This solution integrates collaborative robotics and artificial vision technologies to significantly improve quality inspection processes during vehicle manufacturing. Using advanced software based on our own artificial intelligence model, the defect detection algorithm of SIX Head is capable of identifying imperfections with astonishing precision of up to 0.4 mm.
